Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand paid membership purchases, how to raise a billing concern, and what happens when a correction is approved.

This policy explains how Maratha Manch handles paid membership purchases, billing questions, cancellations, and refund requests. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

Membership purchases

Before you place an order, the selected plan, price, and applicable taxes are presented to you. A membership gives access to the features and duration described at checkout. Keep your payment confirmation and order reference for your records.

Cancellation and non-use

Membership fees are paid for the plan and duration selected at checkout. Stopping use of the platform, not receiving a match, or having an account restricted for a breach of the Terms or Community Guidelines does not by itself create a right to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Billing errors and refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or paid for a membership that was not applied to your account, submit a support request through Feedback after signing in. Include the order or transaction reference, the date and amount, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may ask for further information needed to review the request.

Review and approved corrections

We review billing concerns using the available order and payment records. If a correction or refund is approved, it will be handled through the appropriate payment method where possible. Processing time can depend on the payment provider, bank, and information required to complete the review; we do not guarantee a specific completion timeframe.

Renewals and future charges

A plan will only renew or create a further charge where that is clearly disclosed to you before the charge is authorised. Review the checkout information and your payment history for the terms that apply to a particular purchase.

Escalating a billing concern

If a billing concern remains unresolved after support review, you can raise it through the Grievance Redressal process. Include the support request reference and payment details already provided so the issue can be reviewed efficiently.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our memberships, payments, or legal obligations change. The policy shown at the time of purchase applies to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
