Getting started

Create an account with accurate details, then complete your profile and preferences. The information you choose to add helps the platform show more relevant profiles. You can update profile details later from your account.

Verification

Verification is designed to help build trust in the community. Follow the steps available in your account to submit the requested information for review. A verification indicator shows that the available checks were completed; it does not replace your own judgement when speaking with another member.

Discovering and connecting

Use profile discovery and preferences to find members who may be a good fit. Express interest respectfully and accept that another member may decline or choose not to respond. Available interaction features can depend on your account status and selected membership.

Profile visibility and privacy

You can review your profile, visibility choices, and optional consent settings from your account. You can also block another verified member to prevent further profile viewing, interests, and messages between you. Read the Privacy Policy and Consent Notice for details about your data choices.

Membership and payments

Membership features, prices, and any applicable taxes are presented before you complete an order. You can review your payment history and invoices from your account. For payment questions, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact support from Feedback after signing in.

Account data

From Settings, you can manage optional consents, request a machine-readable data export, or request account deletion. Deletion hides your profile and signs you out; certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, or financial reasons.

Safety

Keep communication on the platform until you are comfortable, do not send money or financial information to another member, and meet in a safe public place if you choose to meet. Block a member if you feel unsafe. If there is an immediate risk, contact local emergency services.

Getting support

Signed-in members can submit an account, verification, membership, or safety question through Feedback. Include the details needed to investigate, but never share your password, one-time code, or full payment-card details.
